Industrial chocolate coating machine for cookies is our industrial level designed equipment for coating chocolate paste on cookies and other food products,such as candies, candy bars, energy bars, rice crispies, cookies, biscuits, cakes, breads, etc.

The industrial chocolate coating machine can create one or more than two different “waterfall” of chocolate liquid for two or more than two different coating,the cookies and other food will enter the chocolate coater machine and will be transferred onto the wire mesh converyor and pass under the Waterfall of the chocolate,the excess chocolate paste from the chocolate waterfall falls through the wire mesh conveyor into a small movable jacketed chocolate tank and will be recirculated.For the pure chocolate(dark chocolate without sugar) can also be re-designed for pumping back to the chocolate holding tank and then re-tempered for next batch of enrobing or coating.

The industrial chocolate coating machines offer a precise and consistent process that ensures an end product with a consistent weight, uniform thickness and a perfect finish,which can get better enrobing quality than coating chocolate manually.

The chocolate coating line consists of chocolate coating machine and chocolate cooling tunnel. The 400 chocolate enrobing line has belt width 400mm and cooling tunnel length 10 meter long. We also have 600mm bellt width with 14 meter long cooling tunnel, 900mm belt width with 20 meter long cooling tunnel and 1200mm belt width with 24 meter cooling tunnel for customer to choose.

The industrial chocolate enrobing machine is a special automatic equipment for production colored chocolate products. The enrober machine has the functions of full coating, bottom coating and partial coating, and integrates chocolate enrobing and cooling.

It can dip chocolate paste on the surface of a variety of foods, such as candy, cake, wafer biscuits, cookies, egg rolls,moon cakes and fruit jerky, form a variety of unique taste of chocolate products. The chocolate coating machine can realize enrobing on the surface of food or enrobing on the bottom of food.
