Aloo tikki, also known as alu ki tikkia or alu ki tikki, is a snack originating from the Indian subcontinent; in Indian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi preparation, it is made of boiled potatoes, peas, and various curry spices. "Aloo" means potato, and "tikki" means a small cutlet or croquette in Hindi-Urdu and Marathi. It is served hot along with a side of saunth, tamarind, and coriander-mint sauce, and sometimes dahi (yogurt) or chickpeas. The snack is a vegetarian alternative and an Indian equivalent of the hash brown.

P160 forming and encursting machine is specially designed for this kind food making,it has two feeding hoppers,the left hopper is for the skin and the right hopper is for filing,the torque of the machine is very strong,the output capacity can be reach 60-90 pcs per minute.

P160 automatic encursting machine uses stainless steel 304 as the body material to guarantee food safety. For the electronic section, It adopts Taiwan brand PLC control panel with touch screen and Taiwan brand frequency converter. For the Motor section, It uses Chinese famous brand motor to guarantee the stability. All the brands can be custom made according to customer's requirements. Each finished machine will be tested and checked by QC department.
