Papa automatic Vegan Chocolate Truffles Machine consists of four machines: Two automatic encrusting machines, One Automatic rotary table coating machine and One Automatic rotary drum powder remover machine. The automatic encrusting machine is used to cut and form the truffle ball shape.

The two automatic encruting mchine are used to form the truffle ball,which has a average speed of 120 piece balls per minute, maximum speed can reach 180 balls per minute.

The rotary table coating machine is used for coating coconut flakes, cocoa powder, chocolate sprinkles, smashed nuts, sesame, etc.

The rotary drum powder remover machine is used to remove the extra coating materials outside the truffle ball and roll the truffles to be a better ball shape. The balls produced by the automatic encrusting machine is with high density, good roundness, center core filling without leaking. The energy ball making machine only requires to put mixed materials into feeding hopper, all rest process is automatic.
