P160 high speed 4000pics/min fig bar making machine/encrusting machine is a P160 encrusting machine with adding an extra protein bar cutter,the P160 encrusting machine will form the stuffed bar shape food by the customzied extrusion nozzle mold and the protein bar cutter will cut the desired length according to the customer's requirements.Most customers will use this solution for fig newtown,fig bar or fig rolls making and other stuffed bar or multiples layers bar making.

The fig bar making machine uses stainless steel 304 as the body material to guarantee food safety. For the electronic section, It adopts Taiwan brand PLC control panel with touch screen and Taiwan brand frequency converter. For the Motor section, It uses Chinese famous brand motor to guarantee the stability. All the brands can be custom made according to customer's requirements. Each finished machine will be tested and checked by QC department. .

1. Automatic bar cutting machine
The automatic bar cutting machine is a separate machine controlled by PLC system with screen panel. It is placed right after the P160 Automatic encusting machine conveyor belt. The automatic bar cutting machine adopts teflon coated carbon steel cutting blade which vertically cut the food into pieces, the cutting speed and food length can be adjusted by control panel. The automatic bar cutting machine can make protein bar, fruit bar, filled date bar, round discs, date roll, cookies, etc.


2. Automatic ball roller machine
The automatic ball roller machine is a separate machine controlled by knob of frequency converter, It is also placed right after the P160 Automatic encrusting machine conveyor belt, this ball roller machine consists of stainless steel 304 structure and teflon coated aluminum rolling wheel. The rolling wheel is customized acccording to customer's ball diameter. The automatic ball roller machine can make energy ball, protein ball, cookie dough ball, etc.


3. Automatic maamoul stamping machine
The automatic maamoul and mooncake stamping machine is the essential equipent for making maamoul and mooncake. The customized moulds mounted on the stamping machine allow the machine to make required patterns and sizes.


4. Automatic tray aligning machine
The automatic tray aligning machine is the essential equipment for food production line, it largely saves labor and time by automatically collecting the food into trays uniformly.
