P307 Automatic date paste fruit bar making machine consists of fruit bar extruder, fruit bar cutter and cooling tunnel. The P307 Fruit bar making machine with cooling tunnel is suitable for making dried fruit bar or sticky fruit bar, date bar, energy bar, protein bar, etc. The fruit bar or date paste bar comes out of the fruit bar extrusion machine nozzle was transfered by the conveyor belt, as fruit bar or date paste bar is normally sticky material, they will stick to the belt and cutting blade, so cooling tunnel is used to cool the bars for easy taking the bars away and easy packaging by film. The cooling tunnel can be customized according to customer's requirements.

P307 Fruit bar making machine is mostly used for making fruit bar and date bar, so it is also called date bar making machine. The chocolate enrober machine is optional to choose between the fruit bar machine and the cooling tunnel for making chocolate coated date bar and chocolate coated fruit bar. The flow wrapping machine is also optional to choose after the cooling tunnel for automatic bar packaging. The date bar making machine can make pure date paste bar or nuts mixed date bar. The date bar machine can handle high temperature fruit paste during extrusion and cutting process. Also the cutting blade of the date bar cutting machine is anti-sticky treated to handle the fruit paste.

P307 Date bar extruder machine has a 30kg capacity feeding hopper driven by double spirals, and with a speed of maximum 60 pieces bars per minute. The P307 Date paste bar making machine is the ideal equipment for beginner and market testing.
